注意事項
- 入住時間為入住當天 下午15:00 後。退房時間為退房當天 中午12:00 前。如需提早入住或延遲退房請向前台查詢，若延遲退房至下午 6 點前，則需繳付當天的一半房費；若是下午 6 點後，則需繳付當天房費。入住時，本酒店將收取500元作為房間按金，在客人退房時將會退回，按金必須由現金或信用卡預授權支付。如有違反入住須知及酒店規定，酒店將會扣除押金，如有差額客人需要另行補上賠償。
- 酒店範圍內嚴禁吸煙，一經發現每間房間需要收取 $500元 澳門幣 起的清潔費用，如酒店前台職員判斷房間煙味情況影響下日銷售，則需收取 $2000-5000元 不等之澳門幣作清潔費用跟賠償費用。若有煙霧觸及煙霧感應器或情況嚴重，除需作 $3000 元 澳門幣賠償給酒店作處理費外，更有機會負上法律責任及罰款 $1500元 澳門幣。
- 房間窗台只作放置物品之用，禁止任何人在窗台上躺臥或加床，而房間的窗簾為雙層電動窗簾，若有任何人為毀壞，均須作出賠償 ( 澳門幣 )。污漬、零件損毀 500元 至 1000元 不等，布簾上穿洞或撕裂 3000元 至 5000元 不等，賠償均視情況而定，最高可達窗簾單價 15,000 元及另加人工維修費、房間無法租出之房租費用。
- 本酒店住房一般默認不打掃房間，如有需要打掃，請把相關牌子掛在門外。打掃時間 : 12 : 00 - 18 : 00。
- 每間房間只接受最多 2 個大人及 1 位小童入住，1 位 12歲以下小童不使用額外床具則不收費。如多 1 人入住，則加收 $200/人 澳門幣，加床 ( 摺疊床 ) 則加收 $250/人，其後將收取 $50/晚，如人數不變但需要額外被鋪，$50 / 件。
- 為確保住客安全，酒店職員/保安會要求所有晚上11點後進入的客人出示房卡，以及訪客不能留在客房樓層，沒房卡而非登記人入住者將被拒絕進人客房樓層，不便之處，敬請見諒。
- 餐廳在地下一樓，早餐時間為 07 : 00 - 10 :00 AM，逾時不作補償或退款。
- 浴窒使用熱水時，請把門關上，以免水蒸汽觸及煙霧感應器，發生警鐘誤嗚。
- 凡繳付訂金或房費後代表預訂即時成立，無論取消與否將不接受任何形式退款，一切更改需酒店同意及或會收取相關更改行政費用。
- 酒店可為提早到達的當天或退房日的當天客人免費寄存行李。
- 客人入住時，需提供當初訂房時給的入住名字相關中英文證件，如果提前修改名字，本酒店將收取100元的更名手續費，或有權以名字不同為由拒絕入住。

- Check-in time is after 3 P.M. Check-out time is not later than 12:00 noon. If you need to postpone the check-out time, please contact front desk to check availability. To postpone check-out time until 6 P.M. , 50% of the room rate will be charged and a full-day room rate will be charged if postponed after 6 P.M. Each guest needs to pay 500up MOP as deposit and hotel has right to confiscate it and ask more for the compensation cost differences.
- Smoking is prohibited in every area inside the hotel. Once found, at least 500 MOP will be charged as cleaning fee, If hotel staff found that the situation of cigarette smells will affect the selling on the day, 2000 MOP up to 5000 MOP will be charged as compensation fee and cleaning fee. If the smoke sensor is rang and causing a power cut of the building, besides charging 3000 MOP as administration fee, will also be responsible for local law and 1500 MOP as fine.
- Our windowsill is designed only for putting stuffs. It is not allowed to lay on the windowsill or to have an extra bed on the windowsill. The curtains in the room are double-layer electric curtains. If any person destroys, they must make compensation (MOP) for it. Stains and parts are damaged from 500 MOP to 1000 MOP. The holes in the curtains are punctured or torn will be charged around 3000 MOP to 5000 MOP. The compensation is depended on the situation. The maximum price of the curtains is 15000 MOP, the labor costs fees and the maintaining fees are not added yet.
- All guest rooms will not be made up during accommodation, unless guest put the cleaning sign outside the door. Make up time is during 12 P.M. to 6 P.M.
- Every room ONLY accept no more than 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old. If extra guest need to accommodate in the room, 200 MOP per additional guest and 250 MOP per adding an extra bed. Above fee thereafter 50 MOP per night.
- Regarding security reasons, hotel staff or security will require every entering guest to show the room key after 11 P.M. Non-registered guest or without room key will be rejected to enter the guest floor. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
- The restaurant is located at B1 and the breakfast time is 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
- When guest uses hot water in the bathroom, please to close the door to avoiding the steam to trigger the fire system.
- Once the room rate or deposit be paid, the reservation will be established immediately. It is non-refundable if cancel or change the booking. All booking changes should get the permission of hotel and there may need to pay for the relevant administrative fee.
- The hotel can store your luggage for free for check-in date and check-out date.
- When you check in, you will need to provide the relevant Chinese or English ID for the check-in name given at the time of booking. If you change your name in advance, the hotel will charge a replacement fee of MOP $100, or you will be entitled to refuse to check-in because of different names.
